| Electricity Question!!!- PLEASE HELP? I am reviewing for my physics test tomorrow and i cannot find the answer to this question from one of the practice tests in the book.For a conductor that is in electrostatic equilibrium, any excess charge a. flows to the ground.b. resides entirely ont he conductor's outer surface.c. resides entirely on the conductor's interior.d. resides entirely in the center of the conductor.please post your sources and don't just guess and post! Thank you for explaining the answer also.      |

| Electricity Question!!!- PLEASE HELP? C, i believe. It could be A if the conductor is grounded, you don't say.B and D are not correct, as the conductor will redistribute any charge through out its volume. |
