where can i take lab courses such as nucleur physics and things that have todo woth genetics in labs?

i am only 15 and i currently take living environment and since sophmore year u have to take earth science and take the regents
i want to kinow where can i take these classes are their any programs in new york where you can learn and actually practice or you have to wait till your older and your in college
