8 - Physics Help Please! Kinetic Energy with Moment of Inertia?

Consider a particle of mass m = 23.0kg revolving around an axis with angular speed w. The perpendicular distance from the particle to the axis is r = 0.750m .

1. Assume w = 42.0 . What is the magnitude of the velocity of the particle in m/s? v = ???m/s

2. Find its kinetic energy K. K = ???J
