| Physics help!!! Spring question?
A mass of 500 g is attached to a horizontal spring of force constant 200 N/m. The spring is compressed 20 cm and released. If there is no friction whats the speed of the mass as it leaves the spring and if there is a coefificent of friction of .2 how far will the mass slide before coming to a stop?
