¸² ¿ has a spectacular aura about
physics problem? (Easy)?

I found this problem in a book and it was very confusing..

the problem was..

when the balloon goes up in the air, it gets smaller..why is that?

i thought that the balloon would inflate, because the decrease in pressure in the atmosphere would reduce the volume of the balloon......
can you explain the reason behind the balloon's decrease in size?
