Looking for how to breakdown this physics math problem?

V ~ (4.3) pie(71.4 cm) (53.4 cm)2
I need the steps inbetween to get to the answer.

Any correct help would be greatly appreciated.

ps. The correct answer is supposed to be 3780 cm3

I'm not sure how to get this answer.
