To solve this question, we need Kirkchoff's junction and loop rule.

Loop one, going clockwise, will pass through R2 the 12V battery, and R3. According to Kirkchoff's loop rule, the voltage must equal 0. The equation is
(30 ohms)(I3) - (200 ohms)(I2) + (12V) = 0

Loop two, going clockwise, will pass through R2, the 12V battery, the 4V battery, and R1. The equation is
(-200 ohms)(I2) + (12V) + (4V) - (100 ohms)(I1) = 0

The other equation is the junction rule. I1 enters in a junction, and I2 and I3 come out, so
I1 = I2 + I3

You have 3 equations and 3 variables. Solve.

Why don't I solve it? well, then, what fun would there be in that?!
