padresnmets has a spectacular aura about
AP Physics C: Mechanics while in Honors (pre AP) pre calculus?

My school offers AP Physics C: Mechanics usually to Juniors, and usually honors Chem to Sophmores. I have always been very good at math and science an that is the route I am taking. Though, I want to take AP Physics as a Sophmore versus a Junior because it works better in my later years of high school. Please note that I will be in honors pre calc at the same time.

I would like to be an Aerospace engineer, and my counselor told me it was the best way to take AP Physics.

So I am wondering, is AP Physics C:Mechanics do-able if you are in h. pre calculus? Can anyone give an example of the math involved? And, is it a smart descision to do it this way?

Thanks to all who reply!

FYI: I have taken: Geometry, Algebra I, and Algebra II already (and have gotten a strong A in Honors Algebra II)
