Theoden K has a spectacular aura about
Could someone please show me how to solve these Difficult Physics Problems?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1. To enter the main pool at an amusement part, a swimmer uses a water slide which has a vertical height of 2.89 m. Find her speed at the bottom of the slide if she starts with an initial speed of 0.990 m/s.
m/s

2, A 0.26 kg rock is thrown vertically upward from the top of a cliff that is 26 m high. When it hits the ground at the base of the cliff the rock has a speed of 30 m/s.
(a) Assuming that air resistance can be ignored, find the initial speed of the rock.
m/s
(b) Find the greatest height of the rock as measured from the base of the cliff.
m

3. Catching a wave, a 65 kg surfer starts with a speed of 1.3 m/s, drops through a height of 2.00 m, and ends with a speed of 8.2 m/s. How much nonconservative work was done on the surfer?
kJ

Thank you again for any positive help.
