Physics help please (circuits)! 10 points guranteed for correct answers!?

a) An electrical motor is designed to operate on 34 V at 3.1 A. How much resistance must be connected in series to this motor, if you wish to plug it in to a 120 V outlet?
b) An electric motor operates on 43 V and does work at a rate of 105 W. How much resistance must be connected in series to this motor, if you wish to plug it in to a 115 V outlet?
