As Hell Freezes Over...

I stand there I watch,
the enemy as it bleeds.
As it suffers it's mighty self.
It can do no more, it did not defeat.
I stand there and watch,
As Hell freezes over.
As the spirits and the walls turn to ice.
As the deadness gets more dead
With every second.
As every drop of ice ticks away the lives
Of those who were here, and are no longer dead.
I realize that, when I wakeup
It isn't hell at all.
It's happening right here,at school.
My personal Hell. My nightmare.
For all the hatred going 'round
Is like the ice clinging to the walls
Clinging to the people like static balls
Spreading through the minds of all
Like an epidemic spreading through the halls.
Innocent or not, they still have it within them.
Hatred is a horrible thing, but not possible to live without
How can it be that our enemy is always inside us?
For it's hatred that's our enemy after all...
