I am not the best at Poetry, but is this any good?

:::Isolation:::

I lay awake at night
consumed by insomnia.
In the dark,
Just smiling at the nightmares.
Something inside slowly begins to fade,
Inside all seems lost.
The isolation I force upon myself,
kills what love that is left
In nothing but the bareness of skin,
the lack of light,
and everything I pressure myself to ignore.
So what is it that I do now?
I’m only here to be free,
but I'm covered in insecurities
Caked with the lack of trust I have for others.
Alone is sit with all this doubt
Thinking about how much better it would be
If I wasn’t without you.
And if only it wasn't real.
All these things I try so hard not to experience.
If only I wasn't alone,
And I was without all this lack of self-respect.
It would be something
If I had someone like you.
