Final Project Ideas for HS poetry unit?

I teach 9th grade. We are both reading and writing poetry. I would like to do some good projects with music lyrics or other more interesting projects. Any ideas?

For instance, one choice they will have is to write new lyrics to a favorite song, in the correct meter so it could be sung to the original tune.

Another is to do a lyrical analysis of a poem or song lyric.

I would like to get more choices, though. Any ideas welcome!
