Is there a possibility that Stephen Gammell would illustrate a story for someone [not] famous?

Well, I'm 14 years old... and there may be a possibility that I'll get my shot as a writer.Now, I'd LOVE if Stephen Gammell (from scary stories to tell in the dark) would illustrate my poetry/story but...Do you think he'd do it at all?Quick info about him: http://www.harpercollins.com/authors/12110/Stephen_Gammell/index.aspx

Artists like him work for pay.Pretty simple, really. The problem is that most 14 year olds wouldn't be able to pay him what Harper Collins pays.
