What are the rules about poetry appraisal on R+S?

Most of the poetry on R+S is literally Godawful, I got a violation yesterday for this,

Question: How do you like my poem, "Adonai, my belonging"?

Question Details: While You come so near I come so far, Romance me, my Adonai, show me who You are. Allow me to experience Your eloquent Glory and Grace, Hide not from me the Power in Your Righteous Face. There is none like You, my God, my buckler- my shield, Greater is my belonging to You then any other sheep of The field. The journey, as well as, my love for You is timeless. This much, I know, Nevertheless, in my travel I can not be lost because You're Everywhere I try to go. I love You, my Lord.

Deleted Answer: I dont, it is a mash up of bible speak and sycophantic praise. It is sacharine sentimentality and on close inspection it is meaningless, little more than a love letter.
