Heart Attack?


Sloshing in my belly,
rinsing away all I consumed
Aching eyes
as I look down trying to see
A last piece of the saltiest steak
I've ever had
Sliding slowly
getting caught in ribs.
Gulping hard sends shooting pains
throughout my chest
Bump, bump a bumping,
ears are ringing
Grasping tight my chest,
I crumble landing thud!
Could this be a heart attack?
