Is there anyone way for a 14 year old to publish short stories and poetry,...

...not the normal crap teens write? Ok, I'm 14 and my passion is art, and writing! I don't stick to a lot of main stream stuff like most teens do. I have my own style, and I think its one of a kind, I'm a bit of a trendsetter if you will. I write off beat stuff and sometimes people just don't understand but many of the people I share my stuff with like it, and I even have a big fan of my short stories which I still need to created the second installment, for my main one at least. I like to keep my stuff simple, and not overly complex, I mean we're normal people, not geniuses. So how can a talent 14 year old be taken seriously and get her work published or at least looked over? My mom really wants me to publish my short story which I was going to make into a full length book but got bored with it so I ended it at 15 pages. I also have over 20 pages of poetry, some long poems, some short.
Also in elementary school I was very imaginative, and I always got A's on the creative writing assignments, I have awards to prove it.Sometimes people even think my mom writes my stuff for me (she doesn't) because I talk better then most people my age.
