well it depends on what. the stuff thats just rymes set to a beat, thats not music, but theres some (very rare though) good rappers out there. that actually have good stuff, like kanye (sometimes) M.I.A , common and people like that

I'm sorry, but screaming over instruments that are screaming is considered music (types of rock) but people expressing their hearts and soles in words over a funky beat isn't, aha that's funny. why don't you listen to the music you want to, and keep your thoughts on rap to yourself before you get yourself involved in a battle you are obviously not equipped to face.
