if u are submitting something... which i have done before.. & sent my e-mail, they send u lots of junk.. so that is th eonly thing i noticed.

Poetry.com will publish your poems, and they will offer you the books for a very high price. I've seen the ones they have chosen in the past as winners --- and I wonder WHY.

It is safe, they will mail you things now and then, but not an obnoxious amount.

However, if you have a way of submitting under a pseudo account, like yahoo allows me to create multiple addresses -- then I protect my main account which right now has over 2000 messages and won't get read. I create other addresses and filter the email.

yes. i submit poems to poetry.com all the time. in case you do get published they want to know if you want a book where your work was published. they keep you on file, and when you say no, they simple delete it until you submit no work.
