| How can I learn how to identify stressed and unstressed syllables in poetry? Whenever my English teacher asks me to list the unstrerssed syllables i can't because he talks in monotone. How do I know? Are there words or syllables or vowels or consonants that are always stressed or unstressed. Please help me because I want to know. And does anyone know anything about how the rhythm in a limerick should be. I can only write normal poems where there aren't any rules so I'm free to be deep and express my soulfulness, not this. |
