The party of 'smaller government'? Don't make me laugh. People must have severe amnesia. Earmarks & pork spending skyrocketed exponentially when the Repubs took over. This president never saw a bill he didn't like. He only vetoed two - one for stem cell research and one for children's health insurance. He blocked little old ladies from going to Canada to get cheaper meds and then turned around and gave away the farm to the pharmaceutical companies. He started a war on bad intelligence that's going to cost into the trillions of dollars at a time when America is already badly hurting economically. Along with going to war, he gave tax cuts to corporations and the wealthy when economists contend that this method ranks 15th among all the things a president can do to stimulate the economy. Is this what you people want more of? And don't tell me that your taxes won't go up under a Republican. Georgie ran up all the credit cards and sooner or later the bill will come due.
