Will they still be cheering when they realize that Hillary or Barak Obama, and any future Radically Liberal or Conservative presidents we may have for the next 100 years will inherit this data?

Why do Republicans implicitly trust all future Liberal, Conservative, Democratic, and Republican administrations to tap into this detaied data on Call Patterns whenever they see a "pressing natinonal security need"?

I seriously doubt, given the hundreds of millions of calls made in this country daily, that we have the capability of monitoring and storing each and every one.
It's rather a shot in the dark if we even monitor the ones that will really give us a heads up on some terror plot.
