True Story ---


A young Black man applied for 3-5 jobs a day online through job sites. He did this for 3 years. He had plenty of interviews during that time frame and each one of them, he was turned down after the recruiter saw his resume to be very qualifying for the jobs. For 3 years the workforce of America fail this guy time and again. Those in "hiring position" follow the desires of the executives, Ceo, managers etc. --- people that are normally Republican affiliated.

After 3 years, his situation worsen; no food, no health care, no shelter and no chance to realize his dreams for the qualification that he have. Do you know why all those recruiters turned him down ?

When he walked in for his interviews, the first thing those recruiters saw was a Hearing Aid around his ear, being Black and speech epidiment problems. He was penalized for it.

He applied for Government assitance and doing much better but guess what he said, "I rather be working than recieving 1,200 a month for my disability but what can I do ? I can't force them to give me a job."

When I hear stories like that, it's a sad day in America and only the Democrats have put forth legistrations to eradicate that type of "widespread" practices in the workforce. The Conservative Republicans shot 'em down because it doesn't conform to their ideological belief as Conservatism.
