Will the Democrats give Hillary the nomination since she will likely win... ...the popular vote? Remember how important the popular vote was back in 2000? The Dems said the popular vote should matter. Now, it appears that (if MI and FL are included) Hillary will win the popular vote. So, will they adhere to their principles....or abandon them yet again because it inconveniences Obama? Fox Mulder: Clinton is currently winning the popular vote by 122,000 (if MI and FL are included....which they should be). Stick with the X-Files. There are fewer stubborn facts there to deal with.

Yes, but only if she wins the popular vote, which remains to be seen. And not that this is particularly relevant, but may I add that Republicans have no principles. They do whatever is in their self interest at the time. That is what happens when you don't have a solid ethical foundation. Instead Republicans say, if it is for my benefit instead of yours, do it. Neocons aren't interested in right and wrong. They are only interested in what they can get away with. Any similarity between my post and an earlier one is purely coincidental. And anyone who gives my post a thumbs down is unpatriotic and unAmerican.

History has a way of repeating itself. Take for example the 1968 election where Barry Goldwater had won the majority of the primaries, but he did not get the nomination. Instead, the DNC, I believe, gave it to McGovern, where he got trounced by Nixon in the national election in November of that same year. So this should tell you that even if you win the majority of the primaries, you can still lose the nomination. Hillary still has a chance! And Obama people will cry racism! Now, if McCain chooses Condoleeza Rice as his running mate, that might draw some of the Obama people over to vote Republican. It might happen!

Democrats have no principles. They do whatever is in their self interest at the time. That is what happens when you don't have a solid moral foundation. Instead liberals say, if it feels good, do it. Hillary will certainly make the case if it is in her best interest and Barack will take the opposing view because it is in his interest. Liberals aren't interested in right and wrong. They are only interested in what they can get away with.

Obama still remains in the lead with over 500,000 popular votes, most states, and more pledged delegates. His momentum hasn't yet, been retarded. In fact the Obama Campaign can hold their heads high by closing a gap originally at 30 points! Keep in mind; North Carolina, and Indiana; which he remains ahead.
