My baby girl is 8 months old. Everyone comments on how happy she always is and "the perfect baby." It's true, in public, she's an angel. But behind closed doors... I swear it's like she's throwing tantrums already! She can't leave my side. If I put her down, she cries most of the time. She wants to be with me and no one else. She'll scream scream scream crying until I pick her up. She'll pull herself up using my legs to be close to me or in my arms. I think she is teething right now, because it's been extra bad, but she's always been somewhat this way. In public however, she's totally fine, even in other people's arms (friends, family).
Do you think I should just let her cry and cry until I'm ready to pick her up? (done with dishes... etc) Should I pin her to my side?

If I give in when she cries a lot, will she turn into a brat!? Anything but that!
