Will there ever be another Republican president who balances the federal budget?

I believe the last one was Dwight Eisenhower. These days, the Republicans want to cut taxes because they believe it will stimulate the economy and create more revenue. So why did Ronald Reagan and George W Bush give us so much debt? Many Republicans blame government spending but seem unable to resist spending themselves. Ronald Reagan would frequently play the blame game and say, "Don't blame me. Blame Tip O'Neil. If I just had Republican control of both houses of congress blah blah blah." George W Bush on the other hand is more like, "Yeah, I've run up a ton of debt. So?"
