I think she would do the least harm of the 2 since she's more of a bellweather politician than Obama and she'll check to see which way the wind is blowing prior to do anything with the result that she won't do anything too drastically destructive. On the other hand, Obama seems to actually believe the rhetoric of the Left and he is therefore more dangerous to the long-term welfare of the country. Not to mention that you can't get any greener than Obama in the arena of foreign policy (I realize that Clinton is only slightly less inexperienced than Obama, however) which is currently in a very precarious situation right now.
