what should i say? after lunch is when i plan to tell him. How do i act and do i ask if he feels the same way? what should i say?

"Hey, I wanted to know if you liked me because I heard that you did. And I like you too." or

"Hey, i like you." and walk away, but i think that will leave me feeling like a dork

id be totally cool if he doesnt like me. i just want him to know. and i actually think telling him will make us a bit closer

the first one but i would say something more like

"hey, i was wondering if you wanted to go out sometime or something?"

because thats what you want isnt it...unless you just wanna be like buddies or friends with benefits but whatever

Why don't you just say that you like him and enjoy being with him. That's an honest and sincere thing to say and it should certainly evoke a response from him and then you will know where you stand with him and you don't have to wonder anymore.
