Do you care about the millions of people infected with aids?

I really care because Africa is a beautiful continent and because of the sad situation, people think Africa is a wild place with only animals. One day I heard some adults, intelligent by the way, saying that Africa is the largest country in the world and it is governed by lions. As w know Africa is a continent with countries like South Africa, Egypt, Kenya, Congo, etc. and the problem in Africa is not in all of it. The problem and the poor situations are in the "black-people" countries because in the Sahara there is no problem except in few countries. The problem with this Black-People countries is that their governments are not that good and they don't have good hygiene or medicines.

Not too much. We need to take care of ones that are sick right here in the USA. I do care but I think help needs to start at home
