Girls opinion needed what should i do?

i have a crush on this girl from school (college) but i didn't act fast enough, i can't get her off my head and the whole time i ignored her altho she see me stare at her a couple times. I don't know weather she liked me but she parked her car near mine and always looked back to at me, stare at me all the time in class and look away when i look and smile at me when she saw me outside. thing is she lives near me and is going to a different school next semester and i heard she has a boy friend (couple years younger). but any way i only talked to her once last day of school question about class so thats it will it be wired to talk to her, i was thinking talking to her after school start i mean she gotta come home for next summer vacation
but the question is will it be too wired to talk to her? should i forget her and move on i don't wanna do it now coz her friends work near where i work and see them all the time so that kinda makes me nervous and i never asked a girl out they came to me so its a little new to me
