I need an opinion on somthin that will change me?

I have 2 rats, perry & winkle,perry is the boy,winkle is the girl.I dont know what to do,my mom wants me to give perry to my best friend because he is not fixed,and i dont want him to hump winkle.I cant get him fixed because it coast $190.so i put him in a different cage.the thing is,i was going to get him fixed before i found out the price.i see my friend all the time,and i figure,well i will see him.but i have had him since he was a baby fuzzy,and i gave him milk,him and winkle.so i dont know what to do,i cant make this decistion alone.do i keep him all by himself fo r the rest of his life,or give him to my friend who has a boy rat?
they are brother and sister,my mom was going to feed them to my snake but i let it go because i coulnt feed it rats anymore
i just didnt have the heart to feed them to it,they where so small and cute.ok i know what yuor thinking,that i dont take good care of my pets,but i do they go in for monthy checkups
