How will some republicans cope with universal healthcare in america.?

NOTE: I said some Republicans , not the hard working disadvantaged Republicans who cant afford healthcare and who have no real resources to improve their lot in life . Healthcare is the birth right of every human being on the planet and WE WILL have it for every American citizen someday .
I NEED TO CLARIFY

That i am not talking about total government controlled health care i am talking a system such as OBAMA supports where there is a balance and you can keep youre health coverage if you are fortunate enough to have it .
I am not a communist nor a liberal i am actually a moderate democrat . I just happen to believe that as human beings we all deserve the basics and that health care is not a privelege that it is a right , i believe that if you can afford it that you should not be given a free ride , actually there is no free ride someone has to pay for it .. but thats why we have wealthy tax payers ..
T o me it comes down to a moral issue , you who can afford health insurance do not deserve to live while those who don't deserve to die ..
To free thinker Physicians take an oath to serve humanity to the best of their ability . Actually any Physician who refuses to treat any patient with out a legitimate reason should loose their liscense but that is another issue . Seeing that a physicians are paid and paid well most have no qualms about doing their job and i do believe that while no a physician should not be forced to do anything the patient should have the access to a another physician who will help them ..
