It would say that we never actually listen to what the canidates are saying we just vote based on what the media says about them. McCain is labeled by the media as a straight talker who is good for national security. This is the same person who flip flopped on the Bush tax cuts, the use of torture and lobbyists and has consistently voted to cut the funds given to war veterans. Why would anybody want to vote for somebody who has stated that he wouldn't mind if we were in Iraq for 100 years?

I think McCain has a really good shot at it. I think it will say that we have elected the right person for the job.

It doesn't reflect poorly on a populace merely because your preferred candidate doesn't win. Irregardless of what the political attack machines tell you (yes the Dems have an attack machine too..... don't be naive)

If America does vote another Republican President in November I would say that this decision means that our country feels it is not ready for a Black president or a woman president.

(edit: I'm not saying this is my opinion [I'll keep that to myself], but this is the perception I would see from the US)

You people are all retarded if you think who the people vote for will win this election.

If Obama wins the dem caucus then Mccain wins the election as he is far too radical for the electoral college to vote into office.

What we need is the sovereignty of the people back and to stop caring who runs for the silly and empty position of president.
