Do the Hillary Supporters realize without Obama, there is no Democrat presidency ?

The Republicans just waiting to hear the hears if Hillary win the Democrat nomination. That will rally the Republicans like a naked woman standing in a crowd of men. Be careful what you wish for. It doesn't matter if Hillary can out-debate McCain, majority of the voters will not vote for her. They will still cast their vote for McCain. That's the dilemma with Hillary -- she's cursed.

Majority of the Obama supporters will switch their votes for McCain if Hillary is the nominee. The Democrat Party needs Obama. He's like a Savior and Hillary is like "Death to us all."

Theo N,

You're badly misinformed. I don't think I have it backward but you even talk backward.

Hillary can pass for a Conservative Republican by her past vote to authorize the war in Iraq. If that get brought up again, in the General Election, guess who gonna look like a "flip flopper."

That issue ( Iraq war) alone will be enough to plummet Hillary chances of winning the White House and that's a position of strength for McCain since he's adamant about being in Iraq.

Obama is would be the best candidate to make McCain look foolish for being in Iraq because he didn't vote for the War and many Americans feel that way he does... that would be a rally point to send McCain's down a downward spiral.

I think you have that backwards. With Obama, John McCain will be the next president. Regards of what the polling says right now, Obama's numbers will tank once the Republican machine starts up.

The Democrats have been running a politically correct campaign and avoiding the dirty tactics that the Republicans are famous for. In spite of the so-called "attacks" by the Clintons, they were nothing compare to what the Republicans plan to do.

If Hillary is the nominee, then the campaign is about issues because Hillary has been attack from every angle by the Republicans and there's likely to be no big surprises about her to come up.

If Obama is the nominee, all these issues that have been off limits in the Democratic primaries are going to be front line news once the Republicans start the general election. i.e., the Larry Sinclair affair, the crooked business deals in Chicago, the drug use, the Muslim connection, the racist church membership... etc. Whether they are true or not, the Republicans will make the accusations headlines and Obama will spend the entire election explaining and/or defending himself. With Hillary, nothing new is going to surface that hasn't already been front page; and she has faced the Republican machine already and won.

Probably not, and maybe Hillary has some thing for the Republicans other than accomplishing the Presidency. I know not.

I am thinking if Hillary wins, I will seriously consider McCain.

Life is complex is it not?

On the other hand, what is really so very bad about Hillary? Please do explain.

Why couldn't Hillary and Obama come to some sort of collaborative compromise?

Looking forward to President McCain.

I have to agree with Cleo N. The Republicans want Obama because they will tear him to shreads. Hillary is the best choice for our country because she has solid plans and will surround herself with good people that can turn our country around. McCain and Obama are both good Americans but Hillary has what we need during this trying time.

Hiary running has already rallied the GOP, they are crossing over and voting for Obama, so Hilary doesn't even get to run for President.

In November, they will simply vote for McCain.

Kill to birds with one stone
