Wage gap is real because of women life choices and lack of negotiating skill.Not because companies purposely pay women less(They try to pay everybody less).A company looks after itself first like u should look after yourself first.If your just trying to get the job people should look what they should be earning based on exper, degree,and location.If you dont and accept less it's your fault(men or women).Also most men seem to be more comfortable with the negotiating process than most women and negotiating is a HUGE.Also people get paid want they are worth.Not all men are giving the same salary.Not all women are giving the same salary.Later if your important to the company and you can negotiate u will usually get your money right. If so many companies did ALL women wrong by purposly paiding women lower they should be sued dont say it would cost alot cause you would get a fortune when u will win cause your so sure your purposely underpaid.Why cant the media/women understand this?Opinions
Women arent used to negotiating like men are so they feel uncomfortablable. Things are just giving to women(most anyways) so there not used to fighting for want they should get, men have to negotiate more to get want they want cause stuff isnt giving to them like women. People think I have a degree(that alot of people have) so they have to get same pay as everyone else...wrong. If a man and women work the same job and men works harder(and vice versa) isnt wrong that they both make the same money ? Yes but if you dont negotiate, the company is not going to just give u money u have to ask for it. Action speak louder than degrees.
