| Why are republicans, conservatives and religiocons less intelligent?
It seems to me that whenever I speak with one of these people about issues of substance, they often lack common sense or reason. They often do not have a sense of logic. They engage in stating fantasy as fact, or presenting evidence that is either made up or so obviously untrue they look silly for having presented it.
Is it the same thing that causes them to blindly believe in the bible as fact? They seem to lack the ability to do any sort of critical thinking or use any objective reasoning. When offered black and white proof in an argument they often reject it or deny it exists. I have always found it entertaining to engage them in conversation.
I wish I had more then a couple of lines to rebut some of the more animus responses. However, they only support my assertions in my rather provocatively stated question.
Quoting Einstein? How does that support your argument? He stated only opinion.
No such thing a Logic? Please tell me the condition in which 1 + 1 would in fact be something other than 2? That is exactly the type of misleading double-speak response I am referring to in my question.
Fascinating!
