Hi i have a relationship question *opinions needed please*?

okay so my friend is dating this guy and he says he likes her alot...so she is talking to him on the phone and asks exactly what he likes about her and all he could say was I dont know. well then he wasnt even able to tell what her hair color or eye color was and used the excuse i never remember anyones...well she hasnt been able to find a good guy and im thinking she is willing to stay with him to see if things work out but idk, have any ideas of what i should tell her...like help her with this?
