I need someone's opinion on my disorder.?

I have trouble sleeping, I am prone to anxiety attacks, I have a roller coaster like appitite, I get very depressed, I get over excited, I have thoughts and of killing myself that play out like a movie in my head unwillingly. my anti depressants only control the extremes of my emotions. I suffer from anti social behavior a frequent basis. I always have an anxious feeling and I have to continuously wash my face and hands and if I don't double check to make sure the stove is off or my straightener or the door is locked I have this uncomfortable feeling I am forgetting something. Can someone help me?
