Charles B. Rangel is a black democratc House of Representative from New York who consistantly tries to re-instate the draft.

McCain and the Republicans are totally against such Congressional action, with Nancy Pelosi so far blocking the move.

But Hussein Obama might just be the political swing tool Rangel needs to "convert" Nancy Pelosi.

Will the Democrats ultimately re-instate the draft? It is their idea, their goal, not ours (Republicans & Conservative Democrats)...
