| What's your opinion (i.e. the truth) about being stuck in "Voice mail jail"??
When you call a major corporation or service related industry, and the first thing that the non human voice salutation is "to continue, Press 1 for English"........We DO still live in America, and if I'm NOT mistaken, our national language is still English.......or have I lapsed into a coma?? Thanks......
