Republicans: Why should I vote McCain? *please read whole question*?

(Democrats - Feel free to rebut.)

I need to learn more about McCain before deciding whether to vote for him in November.

A) McCain believes in Iraqi Freedom - building schools, roads, and industrialized areas in Iraq. Has this been successful or has it just been an expensive bloodbath? What specific achievements have been made in Iraq? All I hear about is people dying - what good has come from all of this?

B) What is his health care plan? To keep privatized insurance? Why is private insurance better than universal health care? So many people can't afford or access health care and die as a result. Shouldn't it be our responsibility to help people who can't help themselves (ex: a physically disabled individual working minimum wage, but not low enough to get government support?) Why or why not?

C) For what other reasons do you support McCain? This is your chance to really sell him to me.

Best answer to the most thoughtful response that best answers my questions.
I don't want brief two-sentence answers. None of you will get the 10 points from that.

I want someone who reads my question and responds to each point. McCain supporters, preferably.
Obama fans: You're pushing me further and further away from Obama by being so pushy. McCain is almost certain to have my vote if you continue. Quit invading my question.

The democrat alternative is very scary. They are very far to the left. Obama is already making plans for the USA to fund more poverty programs around the globe. I guess he thinks the USA doesn't have poor people any more.

Check out his website and I think you'll find it reassuring -as did I. He believes in Second Amendment Rights. He also had the decision in Vietnam to leave the camp and his men or stay with them and continue to suffer. He choose to not leave his men behind and was eventually returned to the US almost dead. He's looking to reorganize or economic situation and reduce government spending. He also working for simpler taxes and eliminate corruption in our government -including courts. He also wants to secure our borders and enhance education.

Also, I personally feel that he is not the fip-flopping type, which I find encouraging. I also dislike the shady deals going on with Obama (eg. his recent house purchase with a scandalous guy who donates large amounts to politicians and expects returns. In this situation a lot adjacent to the house Obama was looking at --some multimillion dollar thing-- had a lot that the owner was selling together. Obama didn;t want the other lot and just a few days before Obama pruchased the house, the lot was bought by the scandalous fellow at full price (600,000)... what kind of returns will this guy be looking for later???). Anyways, I also firmly believe that Hillary is a nutjob. No woman should be lloking up to some lady who allows her husband to cheat on her and does nothing about it! What a role model!

I'm a conservative and honestly I have NO reason to vote for McCain. He wrote the McCain Finegold act, which is insanity in its self. The whole country rose up only a few measly months ago to fight this legislation and yet somehow they've forgotten about it and are now supporting him? How short is our country's attention span?!

Okay if the a-b-c's are required, here goes:
a. anyone promising to pull out of Iraq is lying. We are in too deep and to leave the country the way it is now would be immoral.
b. I've never heard a straight answer on this one. He did admit in his own words that he doesn't know anything about the economy! So how can he be expected to do a thing with healthcare.
c. I'm not supporting him.

One reason: Barack Obama. McCain is the lesser of the evils. I'm a Huckabee supporter that will support McCain come November, because I can't stomach that fascist Obama. Sorry it's not an in-depth answer.
