| Your opinion on healthy eating, please?
If we would eat all the servings of the foods recommended by the Food Pyramid, would you agree that most people would not get hungry, when following a daily healthy diet regime due to the amounts of foods we 'should' eat? With the recommended servings for fruits and veggies alone, I would bet that most people have a difficult time in getting in that many servings per day. Smaller meals and more often through the day may accomplish this. What say you?
