lives? I mean honestly lets give back 600 dollars per person to help with these forclosures. I am getting 1900 back between me and my wife and THEN 1200. Does this help us yes it does we have a kid on the way and some debt to pay off. Did I earn this partly i should of been guaranteed a min of 1200 back and then whatever else i was owed if any BUT ONLY if i paid that much in taxes first. My parents made slightly over 75000 and get nothing back. Some people pay no taxes and get it back. This is wealth distribution and bs. People need to learn responsibility and stop expecting the government to be there for them. The government has the responsibility to protect its people not sheperd them. Who agrees or disagrees(if you disagree please state if you paid more then your getting back in taxes).
