personal opinions weighing too much?

It seems to me on yahoo answers when people vote, report, give thumbs up/down on answers they don't pay much attetion to what the best idea is, or whats right. They just vote for, etc. what the closest is to what they would say, without giving a second thought or really thinking about the other answers.

is it just me, or does anyone else see this too?

You're right. But there's nothing you can do about it...besides, who cares what others do, as long as you do what you think is right? Let the other people on here be retards, and just do what you want.

What's best or right is still a matter of opinion. What you think would be the best way to handle a situation, might differ from what someone else thinks is best.

You are right for the most part. I give thumbs up to answers that are well thought out and from the heart. My vote is influenced by the best answer for the person asking the question, even if it does not match my value system.
