What does the extremely heavy Democratic voter turnout mean for the Republicans?

In the 'red' states,the dems were out in double or triple the numbers over the Republican turnout. Did all the 'righties' stay home to watch the outcome on Fox news?

There were record high Democratic turnouts and record low Republican turnouts even before the Republican race was decidedby the Republican elites. Is has to do with Americans not being very happy with what the Republicans have done to this country. Add to that all the corruption and moral failings of the Republican leaders and the complete failure of Republican policies of the last 8 years.

Add to that a Republican disgust of all of their primary choices and the fact that Democrats had/have several good choices to choose from. It can be very demoralizing to have to hold your nose when voting in a primary. If you hate all of the choices, why show up?

It is no wonder that Republican party enrollment is down 15 percent since Bush took office and Democratic party enrollment is up AND independents are leaning more to supporting the Democratic party in record number than ever before.

yeah we'll know more in november and it depends on who wins each primary some of the extreme christians would rather obama to mccain. i am a dem but if hillary gets the nomination i might just have to secretly cast a red vote for mccain. its the most intresting election since the hanging chads.
