The Democrat lead Congress is at a stalemate with the Republican Admininstration - and they have not accomplished anything because despite the fact that they have a majority..they do not have the 2/3's majority required to override a Presidential veto...so the Republicans have effectively kept the Democrats from achieving anything during the last year. But this will soon change in November. And that is what has the Republican's really scared!
