...Reagan Democrats? Obviously, if they had a a choice and selected Hillary over Obama they didn't really like Obama very much. How many of these individuals who didn't buy into the "change, ye we can" chants will vote Republican in support of John McCain if Obama was to win the democratic nomination?

My wife voted for Hillary but says she would be happy with Obama. Those that I know that like Hillary also like Obama and say they will vote for either over the Republican.

So John McCain is going to attract the "Reagan Democrats?' Just wishful thinking. If Obama gets the nomination, most Hillary supporters will vote support Obama. There's very little difference between Obama and Hillary on the issues.
