I told him I was not ready for a relationship but I told him that I want to remain friends. I have known him for 8 months but we talk mostly on the phone. I called him and he said that he hope I change my mind. He told me that he still care for me and I am close to his heart. He wants to met me. I don't know why he don't call. He text me once in while. When I call he pick up. He told me he would give me a call but he has not called in more than 2 weeks. What do you think? We met online and I have not met him. He wanted to met. His birthday is coming up Should I wish him happy birthday? He wished me a happy birthday. He is 22 and I am 22.

well keep in mind i am only 17 but wish him a happy birthday and see what happens maybe things will work out i hope i helped

well when you said you wasnt ready for a relationship i think either he already had someone in waiting and just confirmed it or he found someone in the mean time. if you are wanting to be friends either way i would wish him a happy birthday friends still wish each other happy birthday and tell him you are contact him as a friend. throw the ball in his court he may be one of those if you dont want to go out he isnt going to remain friends but you never know... let him make the next move after you wish him happy birthday.. if he doesnt contact you then you have your answer

well he probly did care but it seems to me he is probly takling to someone else if he cares as much as he says he would be calling you and trying to meet you not just letting it go like that girl move on dont let him play you around like that dont call him or nothing if wants to talk let him call you...
