In opinion of the Jews, Messiah will come or might come?

You guys have been waiting for this person quite a while, so I started to wonder: according to Jewish faith, will there be a messiah (or messiahs) or might there be a messiah (or messiahs)?

Ps. If you are tempted to answer this questions as “the messiah has already arrived and he will come back again at the end of the days” then you obviously are not a Jew and/or don’t know the answer. So please don’t write stuff just for sake of writing stuff and yeah yeah yeah I know Jesus still loves.
