The war is a major reason for our terrible economy. Lack of regulation, in some instances, has also crippled our economy. Outsourcing, continued dependence of foreign energy, and the mortgage crisis were areas where more regulation was needed and the Bush administration failed to create solutions.

That being said, I will vote for Hillary if she is the nominee. If it's Obama, I will probably go for McCain. If I have to vote for McCain, I can only hope he will figure out how to get us out of Iraq quickly.

When NAFTA was signed in the 90's it assured a bad economy. With all the jobs that have been lost as a result, it would almost gurantee the need for social programs...

With that said, I went out yesterday, and was just cruising around to see what's what.. I went to best buy, it was packed... the mall was packed... dicks sporting goods was packed.. I bought a pair of shoes.. I them in the extended cab area of the new truck I had just bought! I knew what was going to happen back when it was signed... I changed careers before I got NAFTA'd out...

But to answer your question... McCain is what the country needs right now.
